Can confirm. Crashes when I plug in my headphones into the audio jack.
(Sound transfers to the headphones as I plug in partially but once the
jack is fully inserted in crashes.) Sound mutes with both the speakers
and the headphones, but returns to the speakers once the jack is
unplugged.

The app report bug didn't come up at first-but I used sudo apt-get
upgrade -d to get all updates to install (the kernel packages and a few
others).

I'm new to reporting bugs so please provide terminal commands if you
want any debugging information.
