Just to let you know, just had a huge update, and rebooted and this
problem is gone, now fixed.......hats off to you guys for getting it
fixed so fast.....thanks.

Bug description:
  I just had a daily update in Ubuntu 12.04, and during the update, ir
  gace an error saying it couldnt install the update and because of this
  you might not be able to boot from grub.......once I carried on, and
  rebooted, the grub appeared, you hit enter and that error appears
