I'm not sure this is entirely true. It does show up in Flat Review
mode, although it isn't in the focus chain unless you start the entire
CD with the screen reader enabled using gfxboot menus. (I've been
trying to fix the latter, but am running into some odd bugs.)
Is the desired behaviour here for the new page title to be read each
time we change to a new page, or something like that?
