We need a nagios check for the retracer processes.

[4:54pm] jjo: ev: giving that's supposed to be a long run process, could listen on a local port for /status (or alike) reporting, then we can ride that from nagios
[4:55pm] jjo: ev: could report some metrics /status/uptime , /status/number-of-requests /status/total-processing-time
[4:55pm] jjo: ev: then by calculating a running total-processing-time divided by number-of-requests , we can get avg processing time stats/etc (also)
