[Bug 974027] [NEW] If there isn't enough disk space left call aptdaemons Clean method

Public bug reported:

Update-manager performs a disk space check before downloading the
updates. In the warning dialog update-manager suggests to call sudo apt-
get clean.

Aptdaemon provides a Clean() method which does the same. It would be
nice if update-manager would offer an alternative action in the dialog
to call Clean() directly.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
