  Update Manager errors during partial upgrade

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Error message "Can't Install Ubuntu-Desktop" so I'm reporting this bug
  per the instructions to run "ubuntu-bug update-manager".

  Also an error of Could Not Calculate the upgrade came up as well
  related to "skype:i386" is marked for removal but it is the removal
  blacklist.

  This happens everytime I choose partial upgrade at this point.
