umh, i just started the update manager and i get this error but i don't
see anything failing really? By the time i click confirm there's another
error waiting saying it can't open the browser after which firefox
opens, seems like a few things are happening at once there, something
with timers or priorities or threads ? no actual clue i'm not the leet
coder but it looks like that
