  No way to cleanly exit dpkg-reconfigure

Status in “newt” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Since Ctrl-C is disabled and ESC or other chars don't work, the only
  way to exit is to kill the process externally once dialogs are
  displayed.  Not very friendly.

  Ctrl-C should be enabled to send an interrupt in whiptail/dpkg-
  reconfigure.
