[Bug 975333] [NEW] Started getting error: out of partition errors and windows partition won't boot

Public bug reported:

I've been using precise since it was an alpha and I upgrade daily to
keep up. Today I rebooted and started getting an error when I select my
ubuntu partition 'error: out of partition' But it eventually does boot.
When I boot Windows 7 partition however, I get a disk error.
