Title:
[Lucid Alpha 3] os-probe running blkid hangs installer

Status in “util-linux” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: util-linux

  Similar to 528073.

This is on a Lenovo S10 w. Atom proc and a small SSD drive. I am
currently attempting an OEM install to this netbook with the i386
  Netbook ISO.

As with others, killing off os-probe allows the installer to move
forward. I then must kill it again during grub install.

  After that, install completes.
