[Bug 975902] [NEW] unhandlable error occured in aptdaemon...how it can be solved?

There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, the software that
allows you to install/remove software and to perform other package
management related tasks... i can't install or remove any software.. how
it can be resumed???
