  unhandlable error occured in aptdaemon...how it can be solved?

Status in “aptdaemon” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, the software that
  allows you to install/remove software and to perform other package
  management related tasks... i can't install or remove any software..
  how it can be resumed???
