  ubiquity background isn't painting

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  used unetbootin to create a livecd from the daily build of april 9, 2012
  selected "install lubuntu"
  everything appeared correctly
  but the window background would not paint itself, resulting in a wierd pattern when windows were removed.
