Bug description:
Binary package hint: update-manager
I ran into an issue with update-manager as the hosting company was
using an unsupported kernel.
I was trying to get from 8.04 to 8.10 to 9.04 to 9.10, but I had to
stop at 8.10 as the kernel 2.6.9 was not upgradeable and that resulted
in the upgrade to 9.04 to fail.
A poster recommended to report this feature suggestion here.
