[Bug 978382] [NEW] missing symlink /lib/ld-linux.so.3

Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 12.04 hardfp distro there should be a symlink /lib/ld-
linux.so.3 pointing to the proper file. This is to ensure general
compatibility will any cross compiler tool chain.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:	Ubuntu precise (development branch)
Release:	12.04

$ apt-cache policy libc6
libc6:
  Installed: 2.15-0ubuntu6
  Candidate: 2.15-0ubuntu6
  Version table:
 *** 2.15-0ubuntu6 0
