Strictly no.  Bug 442941 could have recurred for some reason (although I
don't see any evidence of that in my tests), or it could be some other
problem with the same symptom.  Also, bug 500175 could have occurred
before bug 442941 was fixed.

But it's a better assumption than the alternative, I suppose.
