Bug description:
  Some of the HOWTOs installed on a system with an en-gb locale are not
  in English. These should only install on a system with the appropriate
  language settings. Not all language HOWTOs are in the language, only
  the following:

  Esperanto
  Francophones
  Hellenic (in Greek in latin alphabet)
  Italian
  Polish
  Portuguese
  Serbian (in latin alphabet)
  Slovenian
  Spanish
