Title:
update manager not picking up theme

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

In doing a dist upgrade on a desktop from 10.04 to Maverick Beta, the
update-manager windows appeared with blue progress bars and other
theming which is clearly different than the theme I have set (and
which gets picked up by all other apps).
