Title:
Precise installer leads one to believe that current OS will be
  reinstalled

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
The Precise installer has an option that says "Erase Ubuntu 11.10 and
reinstall." Since the only subject in the sentence is "Ubuntu 11.10,"
this means that the option will reinstall Ubuntu 11.10.

However, this is not what the option does; it actually installs Ubuntu
12.04. The phrasing should be changed to indicate this behavior.
