When installing Ubuntu Server, the task selection should propose to
install Linux Crashdump. This would facilitate the installation and
enablement of the Linux Crashdump collection tools necessary for offline
diagnostics.
Here is an example of a possible task description :
Task: linux-crashdump
Section: server
Relevance: 2
Description: Linux Crashdump
This task enables automatic creation of a kernel crash dump when the system panics.
Key:
linux-crashdump
Packages: task-fields
