  UI Freeze exception for kubuntu splash theme

Status in “kubuntu-default-settings” package in Ubuntu:

Status in “plymouth” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  The current kubuntu plymouth theme is still the old one from before
  and should be updated to match with the current KDE colors.

  This includes a new plymouth theme, and a matching them for ksplash in
  kubuntu-default-settings and the colors for the text theme need to be
  adjusted in plymouth.

  As this is a pure artwork change it doesn't affect translations.
