Now is probably not the time for it, but I would note that since the
kubuntu-text theme is now nothing more than a .plymouth file to
parameterize the common ubuntu-text plugin, it would probably be best to
move plymouth-theme-kubuntu-text so that it's also built from kubuntu-
default-settings instead.

Bug description:
  The current kubuntu plymouth theme is still the old one from before
  and should be updated to match with the current KDE colors.

  This includes a new plymouth theme, and a matching them for ksplash in
  kubuntu-default-settings and the colors for the text theme need to be
  adjusted in plymouth.

  As this is a pure artwork change it doesn't affect translations.
