Title:
  Unable to boot into freshly installed system

Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Samsung 300v5z;

  Tried dozen of times to install and boot into system with UEFI enabled.
  1.Tired dual-bool with windows 8 Consumer Preview automatic partitioning.
  2.Tried dual-boot with manual partititioning.
  3.Tried install on freshly partitioned drive. Computer screen jus blinked and computer reboots in loops. No messages shown at all.
  Might be grub-installer issue?

  Few weeks ago I had fully functional dual-boot system (Win7 and Precise)
  after some grub update precise become  unbootable at all.
