Title:
Crash on install / Virtualbox / virtual cd

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Installing 12.04 amd 64 .iso, from a virtual CD to a new VM
Virtualbox. At around the middle of install, said something about disk
being corrupt. It was a newly created and unused VDI made in VM, at
  16GB.

I remember it saying that my disk size was 17+ though. This may not
pertain to error, but I was also unable to even access the VM file
menu or to mouse out of the window. Which is making it difficult to
report anything worth mentioning right now.
