TEST CASE
1. Boot from a usb stick without persistence
2. In ubiquity-dm select 'French'
3. click on 'Try Ubuntu'

ACTUAL RESULT
The keyboard indicator shows that current layout is 'fr' but actual layout of the keyboard is 'us' (pressing 'a' gives a 'q')
