wireless setting is carried over. The rationale behind keeping proxy
settings is that usually the system is used in the same environment that
where it is installed. So if a user needs a proxy for installation, he
will probably need it after installation.

  Ubuntu Precise Desktop 20120416 amd64+mac

  TEST CASE:
  1. Boot to a live session
  2. Set proxy setting in gnome-control-center/Network (I set it to manual and filed the 4 fields)
  3. Start ubiquity and install the sytem
  4. Reboot to the installed system
  5. Check proxy settings

  ACTUAL RESULT
  Proxy is not set.

  EXPECTED RESULT
  It should be preserved
