So what should this be changed to? "removed if a year old" (in
description) or "removed if file goes 25% over the original size" (Mr.
Remnant's suggestion"?

Binary package hint: ureadahead
The man page still states that the pack list is removed/regenerated if
it is a month old, but the code has been modified to only remove it
after a year.
