Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Hardy reached EOL on May 12, 2011.
Please see this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases
I've tried recreating this bug with Oneiric and was unable to, given the
information you've provided. Please either a) upgrade and test or b)
increase the verbosity of the steps to recreate it so we can try again.
Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Title:
unr-1.0.1.img installs broken package links
Status in Ubuntu Netbook Remix:
Won't Fix
Status in “software-properties” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
After a clean install of UNR from unr-1.0.1.img, any changes to the
Software Sources will produce errors upon the subsequent reload of
packages.
To test, I eliminated everything from sources.list except the
following:
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu hardy partner
deb-src http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu hardy partner
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/netbook-remix-team/ubuntu hardy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/netbook-remix-team/ubuntu hardy main
The above unchecks everything in the Software Sources Ubuntu Software,
and Third-Party tabs. It reloads with no errors.
Back into Software Sources. After enabling Canonical-supported,
community-maintained, proprietary, and software restricted, it added
the following to the sources.list:
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy main universe restricted multiverse
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy main universe restricted multiverse #Added by software-properties
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-security universe main multiverse restricted
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-security universe main multiverse restricted
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-updates universe main multiverse restricted
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy-updates universe main multiverse restricted
Upon the necessary reload, it produces these errors:
