[Bug 984442] [NEW] the April17 build of the ISO has a white bar along the top in the install screen

Public bug reported:

The April17 build of the ISO has a white bar along the top in the
install screen.  I did not see this white bar in older versions,
although I don't know exactly when this started.  A build I did on my
own system from April 10 does not have this white box, the grey bar goes
all the way across.  My guess is you need to look in between April 10
and April 17.

my April 10, private build has: ubiquity 2.10.8
Today's precise ISO (April 17, 2012) has: ubiquity   2.10.12
