If you choose the Traditional Chinese as the installation language, you
will met the same issue

  New

Bug description:
  ISO : precise-alternate-amd64.iso
  Installation language: Simple Chinese

  During the installation process, I found the keyboard config page is not translated to Chinese at all.
  Please refer to the attached picture for more information
