This string is in apt, but it appears to be translated to zh_TW there.
I don't currently know what level of the stack is responsible for
failing to translate it.

  Description:
  Select Traditional Chinese as the installation language,"retrieving files" is not translated to Traditional Chinese during the retrieving file process . Please refer to the attached picture for more info.
