I don't know whether this belongs to gtk+3.0 or pango or something else,
but as far as I can tell it's lower-level than ubiquity.

  Installation language: Simple Chinese

  Description:
  Select Simple Chinese as the installation language, the release notes link is not displayed in a right way(some words with a underline, some not).   Please refer to the attached picture for more info.
