  fails to show upgrade to Precise (from Oneiric)

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I'm trying to upgrade to Precise Beta 2 but upon invoking "update-manager -d" it fails to show the possibility to upgrade.
