Title:
ubiquity successful install report is false-positive

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Ubiquity reports that install has completed successfully. It reports
first that it is trying to import accounts, but that they failed, then
, after reboot there is no X , no terminal, no program . just a
blinking cursor. This bug is inherited from earlier versions. it is a
very difficult but to authenticate becasue it tries to make you assume
  that it is a non-bug.

I took two screen shots in the LIVE USB install but they had failed
to copy and so cannot be sent.
