+ TEST CASE:
+ 1. Install lucid
+ 2. Reboot
+ 3. Insert Precise Alternate CD
+ 4. Start the upgrade _without- using network.
  
  CDROM is detected, I answered 'no' to use network then proceed with
  upgrade and it failed.
