fortunately not, I tryed now with current daily live CD.
I compared with my actual installed system de-ja-dub gsettings keys and 
the live CD containing gsettings keys:

Bug description:
  Dear Developers,

  I found a cosmetic bug:
  When an user starting an Ubuntu Precise live CD and choosing the try ubuntu button, later time presenting the Deja-dup backup software welcome screen after desktop loaded.
  This is absolute right a new installed system, but not a live system with not need backupping any data.

  I maked a small patch with hopefuly resolve this issue under live system only. Deja-dup related following settings is awailable, I listed settings with gsettings --list-recursively command:
