Hi Rick,
As Colin was mentioning, the string is translated already (seems to have
been since 2009):

The issue seems to be that the translation is not getting loaded at some
level. I'm familiar with how translations are loaded for regular desktop
apps, but I'm not familiar enough with the ubiquity and the rest of the
installer code to know how exactly they are loaded.
I can provide advice to Victor and research how ubiquity translations
are loaded, but ultimately the fix should be done by someone familiar
with the code.
