Thank you for your bug report, I'm a bit unsure about it but I would
tend to blame it on freetype, is that a new issue in precise?

  Installation language: Traditional Chinese

  Description:
  Select Traditional Chinese as the installation language, some words looks very strange during the installation process. Please refer to the attached picture for more info.
