Seems the estonian mirror is having issues... On a ubuntu 11.10
server... how do I change repositories? I installed a ubuntu server on a
virtual server and found out that selecting locale chose the
corresponding archive server ( I chose US and it took us.archive.ubuntu
...)

Can this be done with an existing system? Like putting in install disk
and selecting repair broken system (might be something else similar)?
And cancelling repair after that part.

  The ee.archive.ubuntu.com Estonian Ubuntu mirror is broken again. Last
  time this happened, the mirror was offline for over 1 week. Someone
  either needs to put pressure on ftp.estpak.ee to keep the mirror
  stable, or remove the mirror from the installer mirror selection.
