It was my grub issue, in /etc/grub.d/00_header

I had workaround with my ubuntu splash screen

Later when nvidia update occurred with autoupdate, I got that problem.

Generating grub.cfg ...
/etc/grub.d/00_header: 139: Bad substitution

Then I've changed that in my /etc/grub.d/00_header from:
set gfxmode=${1280x1024}
to:
set gfxmode=1280x1024

apt-update
apt-upgrade

Now all seems fine.
So I've fixed it. Thank you.
