Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 LTS refuses to install pacakage bash-compleion
  1:1.3-1ubuntu6 to version 8, however I got 12.04 LTS via terminal code
  do-release-upgrade - d. I expected the package to install but it did
  not via Update Manager.
