  Spurious update notification when updating update-notifier

Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1. Install several updates at once, of which one (but not the last
  one) is update-notifier.

  What happens: When update-notifier restarts, it notifies you that
  updates are available, despite the fact you are already installing
  them.

  What should happen: update-notifier should not notify you that updates
  are available while updates are being installed.
