You appear to have unofficial packages of the X drivers installed on
your system, which prevents apt from calculating an upgrade path because
the packages you have installed are newer than the versions in precise,
but don't use the same X ABI as precise.

This is due to the use of the ppa https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive
/graphics-drivers on your system.

You will either need to manually mark this ppa for use during the dist-
upgrade in the update-manager config, or manually downgrade to the
official Ubuntu versions of these video driver packages (xserver-xorg-
video-intel, xserver-xorg-video-ati, xserver-xorg-video-radeon) and then
upgrade them again after doing the dist-upgrade.

Title:
Unable to upgrade 11.10 to 12.04 Beta

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I receive this message:

  "Could not calculate the upgrade
I have run apt-get An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages."

I have run apt-get install -f a number of times but still get the message above.
I cannot identify the broken package(s) to remove them.
Should I wait for official release or can this be solved?
