[Bug 989237] [NEW] error when trying to upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04

Public bug reported:

When the option to upgrade Kubuntu from 11.10 to 12.04 appeared, I
proceeded with it.

>> Just after it asked me whether I indeed wanted to upgrade (just after
the file were downloaded) I got an error message saying that 'teh
download of the upgrade was impossible'

I would be grateful if someone could help me out with it.
