Title:
Make USB stick bootable from another USB stick

Status in “usb-creator” package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
Scenario: I have Ubuntu on my keyring. I meet someone who has Windows,
which is currently broken. So I just reboot the computer to Ubuntu,
where I show that you can open files, copy them, etc. The other person
is so impressed by this, they ask how they can get Ubuntu for
themselves. They do have a memory stick, so I tell them I can just
make it bootable the same way, if they want to. They do!

It shouldn't be necessary for me to either have a redundant copy of
the ISO or to perform lots of manual steps. This should be made very
  easy.
