The first error in the logs is:
Preparing to replace nfs-common 1:1.2.4-1ubuntu2 (using .../nfs-common_1%3a1.2.5-3ubuntu3_i386.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement nfs-common ...
dpkg: warning: unable to delete old directory '/var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs': Device or resource busy

This indicates that /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs is a mounted filesystem at
this point.  The postinst then fails when trying to remove the
directory.

Please show the output of this command:

  sudo fuser -vm /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs
