Title:
interrupts full screen video playback
Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: update-notifier
Using a nearly fully up to date Jaunty system, during full screen
video playback (via totem), update-manager automatically starts in the
foreground to notify the user of updates being available.
It was my understanding that the new auto start of update-manager
should happen minimized and in the background not in the foreground,
and especially not interrupting any sort of full screen presentation
or video playback.
