As far as I can tell, 'qgvdial' is not in the repositories. This is a
3rd party program, so I'm going to mark this as invalid.

Bug description:
  I been getting the same error since 11.04 - 12.04
  dpkg: error while cleaning up:
   subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   qgvdial
  E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
