[Bug 991083] [NEW] Failed Upgrade From Oneiric To Precise Erro With KTorrent Packages

Public bug reported:

I've running the KDE 4.8 PPA backports packages. I had experianced this
error before but went away. Trying to run the upgrade to Precise has
show a similar issue again.

I've attached all logs for this upgrade run, let me know if I can do
anything else.
