  Failed Upgrade From Oneiric To Precise Erro With KTorrent Packages

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I've running the KDE 4.8 PPA backports packages. I had experianced
  this error before but went away. Trying to run the upgrade to Precise
  has show a similar issue again.

  I've attached all logs for this upgrade run, let me know if I can do
  anything else.
